How do I make a reservation for spa services?
Sessions are by appointment only. The Best wayto reach Zhaolin is by phone (719) 229-5610. For your convenience our Office Manager is also available fr question and scheduling (719) 201-1601. If Zhaolin in in Session with a Client , she will reply as soon as possible to any Text or Voice Message.

What should I expect during my first visit to the spa?
A customized Health History will be requested in order to be aware of any special needs or concerns. Your Massage Therapist will make necessary adjustments for your well-being and safety.
Are there any health considerations for spa services?
Health considerations will be taken into account. Our goal is to make your health and wellness a priority in a safe and comfortable environment.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?
Please arive no later than 10min of your scheduled appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled there is a 12 hour minimum cancellation requirement.
Any “No Show” or “No Call” will be assessed a $35.00 Fee.
Do you offer a Referral Bonus Voucher?
When a client referral is acknowledged using the ColoSprgs Massage Brochure, and a referred client massage session is completed, the person who made the referral will be awarded a 10% discount on their next selected massage session.
Are there Gift Certificates available for purchase and what would be the expiration?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available for purchase. These certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase.
